Raise Camden is a partnership innovation programme. ——
Only by working together can we shift the dial on child poverty and unfairness in child health.
We are partnering with people and organisations to do things differently, and to work together to test, learn and find new solutions to the long-standing issues of child poverty and unfairness in child health.
We are very open to collaborating in new and different ways with cross-sector partners – with local government, NHS, voluntary, community and academic partners, as well as grant-making institutions and private companies.
Child Poverty and Family Support Partnership
Universal services such as GPs or Family Hubs can be challenging to access for some of our residents. Through the Child Poverty and Family Support Partnership we are tailoring services so that they are accessible and supportive to families who could benefit from them the most.
Estates and Temporary Accommodation Partnership
Where you live and spend your time has a significant impact on your health and wellbeing. We’re working with our community partners to improve the health and wellbeing of Camden communities, especially families and residents living in our housing estates and in temporary accommodation.
Intergenerational Mental Health Partnership
The social determinants of health (such as employment and housing) and their consequences can impact multiple generations. Our intergenerational change partnerships aim to break these intergenerational cycles, to improve outcomes for children and young people.
